At HerbixBD, we aim to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement according to the policy below.
Return Conditions
You may request a return if:
• The product is damaged during delivery
• You received the wrong product
• The product has a manufacturing defect
Return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unused
• The product must be in its original packaging
• All accessories and documents must be included
Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned after the allowed time may not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 3–5 working days through the original payment method or another agreed method.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product).
Exchange Policy
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will replace it with the correct item as soon as possible.
Shipping for Returns
